Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort is situated in the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World – meaning you’re not far away from all the shopping and dining Disney Springs has to offer. Typhoon Lagoon is also close by. Your closest park will be Epcot, which is also quite nearby.

Villa Options

Studio Rooms

  • Sleep 4, plus one child under age of three
  • 1 Queen size bed and 1 double sized sofa bed
  • Table and chairs
  • Balcony or patio
  • Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster and coffeemaker
  • Amenities include in-room safe, voice mail, free wifi, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and Pack ‘n Play® playard.
  • Unlike standard rooms they will come with a limited number of paper plates and cups, glasses, bottle opener, disposable cutlery etc.

1 bed villas

  • Sleep 4, plus one child under age of three
  • One-bedroom, one-bath room, with a separate living room
  • Fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer
  • Dining area with table and chairs
  • Patio or balcony
  • Master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed and bathroom with whirlpool tub
  • The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa.
  • Amenities include DVD player, in-room safe, voice mail, free wifi, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and Pack ‘n Play® playard.

2 bed villas

  • Sleep 8, plus one child under age of three
  • These are essentially a 1 bed villa combined with a studio. Some are ‘lock-off’ versions – i.e. are exactly that and can be separated with a door between the two. Some are dedicated versions, in which case the studio’s kitchenette is replaced by another vanity unit and sink.

Grand villas

  • These are not standardly offered to UK guests – try the Walt Disney Travel Company directly if you’re interested
  • Sleep 12 plus one child under 3
  • Very expensive and hard to get – they book up quickly
  • 2 storey
  • Full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room
  • Master bedroom and bathroom on ground floor
  • 2nd bathroom on the ground floor
  • Two additional bedrooms on first floor, with 2 queen beds in each. Each has its own private bathroom
  • The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper
  • The dining room has a large table that seats 12, connected to a home-sized kitchen
  • Balcony

Treehouse Villas

  • Your own cabin among the trees – sleeps up to 9, plus one child under 3
  • The villas aren’t actually tree-houses – they’re ten feet above the ground, but not actually within a tree – just among them.
  • They feel quite private, tucked away in the ‘woods’
  • 3 bedrooms – 2 with queen size beds, one with a set of bunk beds
  • Living room has one queen sized sofa bed, and a single sized sleeper chair
  • 2 bathrooms – one off the master with a whril pool bath, plus a full second bathroom
  • Full kitchen includes pots and pans, flatware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.
  • Amenities: flat-panel TVs, DVD player, in-room safe, voice mail, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, Pack ‘n Play® Playard and stacked washer and dryer
  • Free wifi

  • Artist’s Palette – counter service food – both pre-packaged and freshly made/cooked. The store, selling basic groceries is also located here

There is a relaxing boat ride from the marina, and a walking path to Disney Springs. and of course, Disney bus transportation to all the parks.

Good to know

  • Theming is horses and racing – it’s not OTT, but the names of places have a horsing theme
  • High Rock Spring pool is the main pool featuring gushing water over rocks and a winding slide
  • There are also bike rentals, tennis courts, arcade, leisure pool and hot tub, playground and bbq areas
  • There is a spa offering a full complement of treatments, for additional cost
